Wight and light brown patches and peeling skin that flakes off.

My skin condition is on my inner arms, lower back, and sides of my chest. It is painless for the most part but when I stretch it it burns. Sometimes it itches but most of the time I don't notice it. It seems like dry skin but only forms in patches. Has slowely been spreading from under my arms to my chest.

It could be psoriasis but it's hard to tell from your description.  If you've had your gallbladder out, a connection has been made between a missing gallbladder and psoriasis, and in that case, ox bile supplement can help.
