A cut on my penis that is not healing fast

I'm having the same exact problem. I was wearing my basket ball old shorts without under wears that have been washed and dried so many times therefore the tip plastic part of the rope on the shorts became sharp like a knife and without me feeling anything it cut right under the head of my penis and is started to bleed not badly but it dried after 10- 20 minutes and that was like 2 months ago, The reason why I'm irritated because it's not healing 100% every morning I wake up with a hard on the cut hurt but not badly. I stopped masterbaiting for 10 days and thought it healed, So I decided to have sex with the wife and I felt the cut ripping again but I didn't stop so I kept going and right when I finished my penis where it had the cut swelled so big and it freaked me out but after few hours it went back down again. do I need to take any kind of medication. It's so hard not to have sex lol.... PLEASE  any help would be appreciated.

Just apply mustard oil with corn flor .make a mixture of both.cut will be gone in a day or two.just apply 3 times a day.

After approximately 8 months of battling an abrasion/friction burn under the head of my penis, I finally found something that worked.  It's crazy but Creamy Diaper Rash Ointment with zinc oxide, aloe, and vitamin E worked!!
I used high strength zinc oxide, hydrogen peroxide, neosporin, and hyrdocortizone cream. None worked as well as the diaper rash cream.    I would put a ton on, the cover with a high strength band aid and after about 4 days or  so, it healed up fast.  I am a type 1 diabetic and have a really hard time healing some wounds, but I just wish I would of known about that rash cream before. Hey everyone...uhm!!! I was bitten by a dog on my penis on Friday...it cutted my side skin almost near my circumsition operation..my penis was only bleeding for 15- 20 minutes then it stopped and on the following day my penis didn't hurt that much anymore its like I wasn't even hurt i could even walk and run a bit...I need help on how to treat the wound and help the skin recover fast

I ripped my skin on the underside of my penis earlier this year.

I tried waiting and not having sex for months while putting on conventional lotion but that didn't work.

What did work was diaper rash cream that I applied every night for a month.  I used Desitin but I'm sure any diaper rash cream would work.  I essentially picked the product with the highest zinc oxide content, which I believe is the active ingredient.  Desitin had a zinc oxide content of 37%.

I didn't have sex or masturbate for a month and allowed the skin to completely heal.  During the process, the skin scabbed and peel but I continued to apply the cream till the skin color was the same as the rest.

I hope this works for you.

For the cut on penis, wash it with fresh water, wear cotton clothes and apply Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the symptoms persist then you may need oral antibiotics for which I suggest you to consult a dermatologist. Also avoid repeated aggravation of the effected skin.

Hi doc Bhupinder Kaur this solution is 6 years ago this is still legit right ? cause i badly hurt my penis by scratching on it aand i cause a wound on the back of its head and the ball like the figure of it now hmm its like a kidney im so worried is this still the key to slow down its infection and heal it down ?
