Wrinkle on penis(head)

I am 20 years old and i usually do musterbate 1-2 times a day. Recently i have unprotected sex twice with my girlfriend. After 2 weeks, the head of my penis starts having wrinkles and also some skin peeling off as if it is dry. Do these symptoms lead to any of the STD? How can i get rid of these symptoms

Hello,
For the foreskin, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis,I nstead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

First of all, thank you for your advice. So far, I am not experiencing any itching or pain in the affected area. I have been observing the symptoms since the time I noticed it. Now the problems are only the wrinkles in the head and the peeling of the skin in the area right under the head in which the foreskin covers. It's kind of pale to almost white in color. Are there going to be any danger? What kind of external medicines or lotions can i apply on to cure it?

Thanks for you help

Hello,
These symptoms can be due to contact dermatitis, fungal infections( usually itchy) or eczema skin. Wear cotton clothes and avoid intercourse for some days. Also consult a doctor if there is any itching to rule out any fungal infection.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
