Make sure you wash this area twice a day when you wash your face. Neem soap may help. You can use white vinegar at night to dry the pores. It will cause some redness, which is why you want to do it at night. Or you could dilute the vinegar with witch hazel if it's too strong.
It is very easy to miss your nose when you wash your face if you're not paying attention.
And toothpaste is extremely drying and can be a quick cure.
And avoid squeezing if at all possible. Especially the deep cysts do not respond well to squeezing AT ALL! Don't make that mistake.
