Girldfriend started developing contact dermatitis when she comes in contact with my

been with gf for 4 years. never had issues. for the past 6 months or so, she has been having generalized itchiness. same as me. not severe but Zyrtec can take the itchiness away. i have been taking it daily for several weeks and stop until the itchiness comes back. she has been doing the same.
recently, it has been obvious that she gets contact dermatitis when she comes in contact with my face and recently saliva. mostly on the arms, chest and face. this interaction ranges in severity. from redness and itching to hives.
there has not been any change in diet. laundry soap. place of work. etc.
has anyone have come across a similar situation?
