Thanx for you comment it was greatly appriciated. I have stoped using fragrance soaps, i never really do touch detergents. I dont pop these blister because if i do this clear liquid comes out. I have this one big blister on my palm. its about half an inch in length and quater inch in width. ITS REALLY HUGH. it also sticks out about couple mm from my skin. There are black dots on top of it and it looks all bubbled up inside my skin. sometimes it feels like its beating like a heart. and i can see it slightly move. i dotn want to pop it, but it looks like its ready to burst itself. if anyone knows what to do plz write back, thxs again.

I have the exact same tiny little barely visible blisters. They appear on my hands, fingers, palms, and sometimes even the back of my hands and my wrists. When they pop, they have clear fluid and then dry up and the area around it gets scaly. And then they'll go away for a while and then all of a sudden i'll have dozens of them!
Any new advice for them?
So glad to see that im not the only one!!!!!

what helped me was coticsteroid rib it in for 10-15 minutes-apply moisture crean-aveeno over
sleep with a shopping bag over your hands. It is uncomfortable and keeps you hands moist.
I was told in order for it to go away I had to establish a mositure management for my hands.
I am still working on other solutions. I still have the blisters but not as many.

I AM REALLY GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS SITE.  I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE THE ONLY ONE WITH THE PALM BLISTER PROBLEM.  I CHECKED ON WEB MD SEVERAL MONTHS, AND IT STATED THAT IT MIGHT BE MY DISH SOAP OR SHAMPOO.  BUT THE THING IS I'VE USED THE SAME PRODUCTS FOR YEARS.  I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW.  I HAVE TO POP THEM OR ELSE THEY ITCH REALLY BAD, EVEN IF IT DOES LEAVE ME WITH PEELING HANDS AND WOUNDS THAT WON'T HEAL.  THEY ARE PAINFUL BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO HEAL, AND I CONSTANTLY USE HAND SANITIZER AND IT BURNS VERY BADLY, SO I IMMEDIATELY PUT SOMEKIND OF LOTION ON TO STOP THE BURNING.  MY DAUGHTER JUST TURNED 2, AND THIS STARTED SHORTLY AFTER SHE WAS BORN.  MAYBE IT COULD BE THAT MY HANDS ARE MORE ACTIVE WITH CHANGING DIAPERS AND CONSTANTLY WASHING MY HANDS, DOING DISHES AND CLEANING, ETC.  I'M RELIEVED TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM.  IT IS VERY EMBARRASSING SOMETIMES, BECAUSE MY PALMS LOOK TERRIBLE.

This is just too mysterious to be "just' stress-related.

I am suffering from the tiny clusters of blisters and when popped, they spread throughout the body and are very painful with an ensuing scaliness.  It is horrible.  I am 54 years old this year and have been suffering with this since a trip to New York in 2005.  It is on the palm of my fingers and feet.  I hate this!

I read and use tee tree oil to dry up the blisters.  It works, but could be messy and smells strongly.  I use it at night mainly.

I believe our foods. which many are being manufactured unnaturally may be a probable cause for such a wide-spread community of people suffering this. It is horrible and the doctors don't know what it is and what is causing it.

I have the same problem with blisters on the top of my feet, and there have been as many as 50 blisters at one time. I have been to the best doctors I can find, and they can't tell me what this is. I have spent 4 days in the hospital running test and still no answers. I have been to see 2 professors at Emory University Hospital and they have no answers. The only
thing that they did was to put me on steroids for 8 months, that caused a 30 to 40 lb. weight
gain, that in caused a heart problem, and they put me in the bed for 4 weeks.I am starting
to wonder if there is no one that can help me. I have done all that I can do, and now I look
every where I can think of my self. I am almost past walking, and can't keep a job,and I
can't make plans with my family, if there is and answer out there some where I want to try it.I am about to give up and never leave the house again. The medical profession has
let me down.

I feel I may have the same problem you guys have. A little over a week ago I woke up with a hot red blister on the back of my hand. I can't explain where it came from. Before I went to bed it wasn't there, and when I woke up there it was. It almost looked like I had burned myself somehow. Anyway the blister grew and grew as I worked that day, until I decided to squeeze it and it burst like a water balloon. Then I had to deal with a clear oozing puss that just seemed to flow out of it for the next two days. When it finally stopped it scabbed over a little but not enough for it to heal and the skin around it became scaly and puckered. Its been that way ever since and it doesn't seem to be anywhere near healing. I'm really worried about it. I've never had anything like it and I can't explain why it wont heal. The last time I had an std test was when I was 12, I was clear then but now I'm worried. Two years ago I was with a girl who I found out cheated on me multiple times. I'm worried that whe may have given me something that I can't get rid of & I'm worried that I may give it to the girl that I'm with now. I feel horrible and afraid. I'm reaching out to anyone who knows something definate about this condition or anything that sounds familiar.
I find it hard to believe that its stress related or something caused by my environment however (sun exposure, detergents, chemicals, etc). I've read too many stories that sound too familiar and the lifestyles and environments of people who seem to have this problem vary too widely for me to belive stress or environment could cause it. I could maybe see excema or a genetic disorder or some sort of disease (wheather and std or some other affliction).

i had just a few little tiny clear blisters on my hands and feet and didnt think much of it. a few days later i had a huge cluster of them on my palms and they were itching really bad. so i went a doctor (which was not my regular doctor) and she said  it was eczema and she prscribed me 3 different meds for it. the only one that worked was the one for the itch. so i called the doctors office back and saw my primary care physican and he said it definatly was NOT eczema, and that he had never seen anything like it and refered me to a dermatologist. but i cant get in to see him for another 3 weeks! my hands and feet really itch and my hands look like some kind of monster. and im really worried. if anyone knows what this is or even has any suggestions on how to get rid of please let me know as soon as possible. it is so embarassing. i dont even want people to see me like this. im afraid to touch anything b/c i dont know or want to spread it someone else. PLEASE HELP!!!

I get them too. I found out by accident that it causes because of potassium deficiency. I started eating two bananas a day and they are gone.

Thanks! I thought I'm having a really weird case of skin disease here. I also have the same thing on the sides of my fingers, my palms and one my toes and now my right elbow's having 'em too! It started two days ago as a few blisters on my left index finger and I thought it was just nothing, the next day when I woke up it felt warm and it itches more than the other day! It itches really bad but I decided not to scratch it or pop them coz I'm afraid they might get worse! Our tenant told me it must be due to the heat coz my brother started having them just a few days ago too. It's summer here right now and the heat is so unbearable. I tried having them checked up earlier today but the dermatologist wasn't around (the itchiness stopped and somehow the blisters lessened when I was in a cold environment but came back a few minutes later when I left the cool environment..)
I'll have them checked again tomorrow.
I hope they find out what this is... It's really stressing me too much.
I'll keep you guys updated!

I'm 55 and have had the same problem for about 10 years.  It is DEFINITELY stress related with me.  First I start kind of "wringy" my hands, rubbing them, out of stress.  Then the bumps start on the back of my thumbs.  In the beginning I would just rub my thumbs raw, literally.  Then the bumps started.  Palms, between the fingers, concentrated between the thumb, pointer and index fingers.  They sometimes spread up onto the back of my hands.  The thumbs blister the most.  I usually have small blisters everywhere but very large ones on the thumbs.  To the point of exploding blisters.  My hands swell too.  Happens about every 3 months or so, but anytime I'm very stressed ... it happens without fail.  I'm talking pretty major stress.  Prescription cortizone doesn't help.  Applying a "cream" sometimes does, a very thick cream.  Lotion doesn't help.  Apply the cream overnight.  Usually I have to go to the doctor and get a steroid shot, take a round of prednisone, and a prescription antihistamine.  It generally lasts about a week.

I had the same blisters when I was 19. They covereb my entire body, except for my face, and chest, and back, and pubic region. They were everywhere else. I went to a hospital, and the doc gave me a 10%steroid cream that burned like nothing you could ever imagine, but it cleared them up completely. The doc didn't know what it was,and even 7 or 8 other doctors came to gawk at me. The reason I am here now, is because the same blisters came back, just on the palm of my hands. I don't know about anyone else, but I've found that if I don't eat, like if I'm eating once a day, instead of twice or more, I get the blisters. It's not stress related. I saw something on the discovery channel on it, and there were people in africa that had the same thing, and theirs was from extreme malnourishment. So when I start eating regularly, they go away, and don't come back again until my eating schedule is off again. Like now. I'll start eating regularly again, and let everyone concerned know if they go away or not.

i found that i was getting the little blisters more when using some shampoos I believe that my pores on my hand may be blocked and it may cause these little blisters.with the clear liquid inside. I try to avoid oily substances and keep my hands clean with many of the same solutions that you would use to clear up clogged pores and it helps a bit. I avoid lotions and detergents that are known to leave residues (ie many shampoo's and conditioners) I found not cleaning your  hands properly will worsen the problem.. They are not stress related and can cause itchiness, dryness of the skin and infection if popped and not cleaned properly.

It is a relief (unfortunately) that I don't feel alone in this...My wife told me it was probably spider bites at first but it's become more extensive on my fingers.  I will take all the good suggestions and give more response if I find something that works...Joe
