Lots of guys have sensitive skin down there.  Totally normal.  But it ***** for sure.  Start using a penis health creme.  A good creme will be chalk full of all natural ingredients like Vitamins E, A and D which are awesome for the skin.  If you apply it every day, you should see results quickly.  Hope this helps!

Your symptoms are not unusual - most likely caused by friction and irritation. Do keep the area clean, but don't use regular bath soaps, as these can dry the skin and make the problem worse. A Dove bar or sensitive skin wash would be better. A penis health creme made with Shea butter and vitamin E can also soften the skin and speed the healing process.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like rash due to friction rub with clothes. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
