darks spot on penis, strange rash or insect bite

4 month ago, i noticed a Dark, hematoma like stain on My foreskin. It didn't go away. I was treated for an urinary infection a couple of weeks cause a bacteria called haemophylus influenzae was on my urethra, and i was feeling pain and burning for a long time.5 days ago i got this huge high bumps, one in my scalp, and the other two of 3 next to each other on my back, with a big red plake of around 5 CMS. They're itchy and burn at times, but are receiding well, and mostly gone. I've had two situations of allergic reaction to insect bites and thought this could be another, as i noticed i have fleas or bedbugs this morning. I was bitten on my feet a lot, but no allergic reaction...is this normal, for ones to react this way and other don't...or are the causes different? My occipital lymph node was a bit swolen on the side of the scalp where the lump was. Thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For the hematoma rash like rash on penis, lichen planus should be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I'm still very worried about this dark hematoma like stains. It doesn't look like its getting bigger, but simply, doesn't disappear.
