faint blotches with outline

So I noticed these just slightly darker than my skin blotches with outlines (some more noticeable than others) all over my body (kind of hairy so its just a guess for some parts) . I am quite tan and to most people they are unnoticeable but I noticed them while checking my skin out. I may have had them for a long time but not noticed. The most noticeable are on my palm and back of hand to me since i have just started a job where i sit at my desk and see my hands all the time. it looks like it is under my skin. I sweat a lot and i used to assume a mark like this would have been tinea versicolor but the marks on my hands and palms confuse me.
thanks in advance

Some skin discoloration can be pretty normal for various reasons, but it's probably not a bad idea to have a doctor take a look at what you are seeing  as a precaution.  They likely will need a bit more background information from you in order to determine the cause a bit more accurately then we can do here.
