foreskin behind head of penis

my foreskin seems to fold lower down the shaft of the penis than it should..( by fold i mean the part where it becomes free from the shaft and can fold up over the head) its only on the top of my penis and its been hurting for a few weeks now... does anyone know whats going on? ive also had trouble urinating... but the doctor said there was no sign of infection

thank you for responding...

it feels as if the urine should be flowing out a lot faster than it does.. when i ejaculate, it spurts with a lot less force than it used to...  ive had pain on the inside under the head.. sometimes in the head.. and kind of a mild pain down the shaft.. all on the interior..

ive also had some pains in what seems like my prostate, but i really have no clue...

theres also a strange texture on the edge of my foreskin on the top.. it seems as if its shrinking or something... like the skin is clumping together and sticking.. so when i roll the foreskin to try and cover the head of my penis.. the bottom will make it over but the top part only makes it half way before i reach the edge and i start to roll shaft skin onto it.

i hope this info helps...  ive got a doctors appointment today, but ive gone to him a few times and i could use all the help and opinions i can get...

what do you think?  is this serious?

Hi

In the absence of redness, discharge and swelling this may not be something infectious. However, you have mentioned of some pain and trouble in urinating.

Would you be able to elaborate on this "trouble"?

And you have mentioned of a part of the penis hurting? Which specific part and what causes or aggravates the pain? Does urination aggravate the pain?
