hairloss and red sore spots over scalp

I'm 18 and I have red spots at the back bottom of my head near my ears where my ponytail is and the doctors say my scalp is dry an itchy they gave me products for it like t gel , nizoral , alphosyl and nothing seems to work I only notice today wen i took a video of the back of head that the spots have expanded more around and it has become sore it hurts when i brush and put a bobble in my hair is long as passed my hips its very thick and curly when this hot weather comes it makes my head heat up and sweat cause its too hot outside I have a mole on my head also which made it grew larger like a L shape wen i washed ny hair eveyday so the hospital said to not wash it eveyday just some days in week so then it started to go smaller but I don't want ny hair to fall out as it took me now 9 years to grow it without cutting it but the doctors said it could be the products I've been using like shampoo condition hair spray that goes on before straightening and hair dye as my hair is red and black but my head started to itch way before I first dyed ny hair any one know wa can be done without hving to cut the hair off cause I wont be doing that I've been tested for folic acid and my was low as i don't eat veg but I took the tablets for it and just waiting to hear from them if it worked I'm eating vegs now as they were nice but my face at top of eyes is starting to itch now

It's betamenthasone valerate for the red spots hv to use it 2 a day in morning nd night on the red sore bits but its more red and white on the back of head the top of head isn't that much there as its only on the back bottom more strange really but at least there i can take the white roots Out

Thanks but Im on my phone ans YouTube doesn't let me watch videos for some reason I hvnt got a laptop at the moment so can't watch anything online which is a good answer to watch it on YouTube wen I get my laptop bk I will watch it should of looked it up on utube wen I had my laptop but I bought head and shoulders today see if that will help but the doctors gave me betnovate scalp application for the red spots luxkly this time it goes on wen hair is dry but mu hair is going very thin now and today a lot of hair came out without habit to brush it these 2 products need to work otherwise il be going to college wearing a wig

This could be psoriasis or other chronic scalp condition.  

I like Nizoral shampoo, the over-the-counter one.  

Try Dr. Bronner baby mild liquid soap followed by apple cider vinegar rinse, then cool water.  I will send you a link to a Youtube about this treatment.
