lower lip forms white line and peeling

Hi, I am a new member here. I have a peeling lips and the lower one forms a white line in it. It. I have this problem for more than 5 years now. My lower lip gets darker and feels very dry and also forms the white line in it. The upper lips also peels most of the time. Whenever have a stress week or something, it gets worse but doesn't mean that it clears on normal days. Any help on this  is appreciated.

Hello,
It can be due to cheilitis. Take some vitamin B complex for some days and see if your symptoms improve. if the symptoms persist then get atopic dermatitis causing cheilitis ruled out. Diagnosed by blood test like RAST. Treatment is by topical steroids or oral therapy of corticosteroids in severe cases.
