Rash on penis

I have been dating my current girlfriend for a long time now, and ever since we first started having sex without a condom I have been getting what looks to be rug burn on one side of my penis.  It heals perfectly fine in a few days without any intercourse or masterbation, but it will come back right after we have sex the next time.  We use lube, however it still will happen again.  It really isn't painful, more like a sensitive to the touch.  It only happeneds to one side of the head and down the one side of the shaft.  Is there some skin sensitive problem i have?  Also, I apologize if this is graphic, sometimes after a long "session" it can be really bad, to the point where there is actually tiny wounds.  Any adivce on how to stop this?  Why this happeneds?

Thanks for your time.

I have recently had a similar experience with my new girlfriend, she is much younger than me and has a very tight vigina. She IS legal. I had a similar exprerience over twenty years ago and I think it has to do with the vagina, long intercoarse sessions, taking cialis and the way my penis curves a bit to  the left.Does anyone think that is what is likely?

Hey, thanks for your reply.  Why is this happening?  It is every time we have sex for the past 8 months without a condom.  Again we use lube, and reapply several times so i am not sure why the rubbing would occur.  Sometimes are worse then others.  I just dont understand why it is happening.

Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but this swelling can be due to friction rub or chaffing. Chafing is a continuous rubbing of the skin that causes redness or soreness.

Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
