Irritation on Tip of Penis

Hi there,  I am hoping I could get some help.  about 10 weeks ago i ireceived oral sex from a friend.  She is clean no history of STD and she did not have any sores on her mouth.  After the oral within hours I started to feel a tingling sensation on the corona of my penis.  I gave it a close look and it seemed like I had a skin colored bump on the corona of my penis.  It looks like a sebaceous cyst you get on your cheek except there is no liquid or anything.  I cant squeeze it either.  Anyway i noticed that I kept feeling it rub agains my underwear.  I tried anit fungal creams and it did not go away.  I went to my MD and he gave me Hydrocortizone 2% and that helped.  The iriation from there has disappeared.  Tho the bump is still there and has not changed size.  I am guessing that it has been there all this time and never realized it.
Here is the thing.  I am so scared of an STD that I look into the the web for some assistance.  I read about symptoms of STD and kept checking myself for symptoms.  Though the initial irritation stoped me being worried about other symptoms and continuously inspecting my penis and opeing my urethra to make sure i was not developing any sores, that now i feel the irriation on the tip of my penis.  Right between the meatus and the frenulum.
I have posted this on the STD forum and I have been told that since it has been 10 weeks that the chances of me having an STD are miniscule.
Any assistance would help.  Like how long for irritation on the tip of the penis take?  What would be the best treatment?

Hello,
There may be some irritation and stinging on urethra or it could result in redness of skin as the skin is very delicate. Hence it is advisable to avoid applying this cream on the urethra.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
Also ensure that you do not overdo the steroid creams. Hydrocortisone has plenty of side effects like skin thinning, redness, telangiectasia and redness. So you should use it only after consulting a dermatologist and under a dermatologist’s guidance.

Thank you doctor.   I will try that.  I have been using Bacitracin along with the Hydrocortisone.  It feels a bit better but irritation is still present.

Hello,
From the symptoms this small bumps which has been present for 10 weeks sounds like a cyst but the irritation can be due to dermatitis skin or chafing skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

A little update.  I got tested for STD's and all negative.  However, the tip of my penis right below the meatus is a bit irritated.  Any suggestions?
