talk to your pharmacist about some hydrocortisone LOTION...not the cream. I use this on the very dry skin on my breasts in the winter and it does wonders. the lotion soaks into the skin more easily than the cream does. Depending on where I go a bottle costs me between $4-6 (us). Hope it works for ya!!
Hi,
This could be an insect bite, allergic reaction, dermatitis or eczema and other skin conditions. Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema and this can occur to strong soaps, solvents, chemicals, certain foods, food additives, plants, metals, or cosmetics. Psoriasis commonly causes red scaly patches to appear on the skin. Plaques frequently occur on the skin of the elbows and knees or on the extensor aspect of the joint.
Are there other signor symptoms present? It would help if you avoid scratching your legs.Topical anesthetic, such as Benadryl, Lanacane, Sarna, and pramoxine, may be applied as often as needed to help break the itch-scratch cycle. If it persists, it would be best to have this evaluated by your doctor for proper management.
Take care and regards.
