penis pimples

i am 25 male, later 7 to 8 year i intercorsh a girl and after some time pimples in my penis is
red colour and bust and . i am take treatment  every report like bood , uren, normal and
the pimple regenrate some day . i used soframaysin tube , and sudal co. boroline made in india
every thing fine but some time is regenrate .
what is this
pls help me

This could be - pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.

'Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment.'

'Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. '

Hello,

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) , genital warts(caused by HPV infection) and herpes simplex sores.

Apply warm compresses and Neosporin ointment and avoid messing with it.You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
