raised bumps

hi im 17 years old and have had these bumps under my arms for at least 6 months now.
at first i thought that it was just acne but it never went away. They are all over the underside at none on the top.
they are the excact same colour as my skin just slightly elevated. There not painfull at all there not red or any other
colour than my skin there just there and its a reall eye sore because there cleary visible when you look at on top
of my reguler acne. If anyone might know what this is and how i might be able to get rid of it that would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Your symptoms are suggestive of hidradenitis supprativa. Hidradenitis suppurativa is a skin disease that affects areas bearing apocrine sweat glands and hair follicles; such as the underarms, groin and buttocks.

Apply warm compresses on the lumps and keep the area clean. Topical antiseptic treatment and topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment is very useful. If still the lumps persist then specific treatment like antibiotics, vit A supplements, corticosteroid injections, isotretinoin, antiandrogens and sometimes excision and drainage ,laser therapy and radiotherapy are found useful. I feel that you should consult a dermatologist and discuss these options with him.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

i have had a look at some pictures online and it does not look like that at all. There mayby 1mm wide and .5 to 1 mm high. There not painfull and don't have any puss at all. They cannot be opened unless picked at for a whille. I don't know if im right but some people online say that hidradenitis suppurativa is extremly painfull. Mayby with this addiotional info you might be able to think of something else
