random outburst of red bumps on torso

basically what the title says... i just recived a huge outburst of about 100 red spots that if u feel them they are slightly bumpy... they are not itchy, they dunt do anything to effect me except for the appearance just ughh is grose. they look like pimples and theres one big one on my back about the size of 5 pimples. and these spots are on my back, torso, breasts. im seeing a demetologists soon, but my family docotor has no idea wat it is.

4 years ago i had a skin case of something i forget wat it was called, a complication name starting with "R" and it was cured by light... i dunt kno if there is any significance to that??

also for the past year i get random dizzy spells, but i didn't think it was nothing to worry about. id get them when i was relaxed and then suddenly stood up, i thought it was just the blood rishing to my head or something. also i feel a lack of energy. again i dunt kno if this is any significance??

so yea my red bumps...does anyone know what they may be ?

Hi,

This could quite possibly be pityriasis rosea. It causes acne like  bumps which become scaly later on and disappear in 6-8 weeks. Occasionally medications can produce a similar kind of rash. It is good that you will be seeing a dermatologist soon. Good luck!
