rash on my both inner thigh

i would like some help in here, i am away from my home and i will appreciate if someone can helpe to diagnose the picture i have put on my profile this is the rash on one of my inner thighi have one spot also on my hand and two small of them on my stomach this is the first time i have such rash. the lack of doctors push me to ask for help. plz someone advice me i am using quatriderme creme thank you

i have been using th e lotriderme creme and nizoral shampoo and nizoral tablets
thank god the rash between my legs has gone i have been using this treatment for 5 days now and everything is better> but it seems that i am seeing some of them in small sizes on my stomach and my left hand new signs i donno if it is a fungus and it is spreading kindly tell me do i need to keep worrying or everything is normal coz today i have seen some new ones on my hand and stomach kindly advice

This type of rash can be due to irritated hair follicles, heat rash, sweat dermatitis and if it is itchy then scabies is an important possibility. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
