recurring cuts on penis

Dear Medical community.

Recently I've been getting these little pin-***** sized cuts on my penis.  They appear on that vein that runs up the bottom of the penis right up to the tip.  They appear just below the head.

They're not painful or anything, just there.  They seem to come back every so often (fairly randomly) after a day or two of dry skin. One time I had some pus, but never since. I've been tested for every STD imaginable, but every test has come back negative.  I've been married for a year and been seeing the same girl for two before that.  My wife also doesn't have any STDs.

Is this an STD that coming up as a false negative? or a result of something else?  Thank You for your help and opinions.

I dealt with this problem for over a year, visited numerous websites and and eventually 2 doctors that prescribled me antibiotic for yeast infection that still didn't help. After numerous tries at home rememdies I finally found the cure.
After you shower spray Tinactin Jock Itch onto the affected area for about 3 days. Expect it to burn a bit for a few minutes but it'll cure what ails you.
Evidently it's a form of Jock itch, no more problems in the past 3 months

Hello,
These cuts can be due to dry skin or chafing. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. Also use good quality mositurisers on the skin of penis to avoid any dryness.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
