red at tip of penis

hello
i am a 42 year old gay man
i do not practice anal or oral sex
just mutual masterbation
about 3 weeks a go my tip of the penis was red and the skin around the top also
i have slight lower back ache and occaissional burning when passing water or ejeculating
when i get errect my penis hurts
ive had water tests done at my doctors and ive had std tests done at the gum clinic and all are negative
ive used quite a few creams but nothing has helped
i went back to the gum clinic and saw the consultant and he said it is definatly not and std
do you have any suggestions please

Did your doctors perform a yeast infection test, or a wet mount test? It sounds like there could be a small yeast infection going on.  You could help it by eating a lot of yogurt, even putting plain yogurt on it when you bathe...thats what I heard works best for at home remedies.
