red bumps on groin

perhaps it is from waxing, but I have painless fluid filled bumps on my groin. A couple of them are actually increasing in size a bit, but it is completely painless and not itchy. they are red in color, and have clear fluid inside. It started with just one or two and now I have perhaps 6 or 7. It's all in areas I've have hair pulled out by waxing. I thought they may be ingrown hairs, since I've had quite a few in the past, but I'm not too sure about these. I've attempted to pop them, but there's never a hair that comes out. I don't know what to think at this point. I've tried searching again and again on google but nothing seems to match this description perfectly. I'm beginning to get worried.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps are due to folliculitis or irritated hair follicles after shaving/ waxing. After shaving or waxing, apply cold compresses(ice cubes wrapped in a towel) on the rash and take some antihistaminic like benadryl or claritin. You can also apply calamine lotion on the rash.It will help in soothing the skin.A mild corticosteroid cream like dermacort will also help.

Also you can go in for laser hair removal which causes permanent reduction of hair and does not cause folliculitis also. Please consult a good cosmetologist/dermatologist for that.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
