black non symetrical moles

I am a 41 year old female and in the past year I developed 5 sudden moles
One on my left breast, one under  left breast, one on left side another on left shoulder and one on lower right stomach region.
The early ones have now gotten bigger and are 3mm in diameter light brown but are not symettrical.
The one on my left side has grown to 8mm and is very black and protudes slightly.
All are scaly and itchy to touch.
I am also getting pain in left breast and in left side as well as hot flushes.
Any ideas to the cause would be most gratefully received.
I am waiting to see a dermatologist.
I have familt history of cervical and breast cancer but not skin cancer but i have lived abroad for a while and am a sun lover.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms the possibility of a melanoma definitely needs to be ruled out. If you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.Otherwise it should be left as such.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

As what you are mentioned, I am really sorry to tell you that I am ,too, really concerned about your moles. The symptoms are more likely to be  melanoma or skin cancer. The family history of cancer is a risk factor and you are above 40 yo, and a sun lover are also a risk factor. But GOOD NEWS are they sounds like at an early stage of melanoma, probably carcinoma in-situ(stage 0).highly curable. No chemo or other treatments are needed. Only need to be cut off. BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO BE QUICK in case the melanoma is very invasive that it could invade tissues under the skin and spreads. GOOD LUCK and please inform how it turns out. I hope for the best
