red meatus and glans

hi, im a 17 years old boy with a penis problem. I´ve had this problem in my penis for a long time, but only now i paid atention to it. my meatus ir red and swollen all day, and if i get an erection or masturbate it gets really irritated and inflamed which leaves it super sensitive and causes it to even swell more and hurt when i touch. plus the skin aroud the meatus is always very red and inflamed aswell, which is painful to touch, and the base of the glans is a bit wrinkled and kinda bumpy and moister than the rest of the head. i´ve sent some pics so you can see it, but i would really appreciate your help since i have been to the doctor many times and they dont know what exams i could do or what it is exactly. i am 17 and missed on a few opportunities on having sex cause of this and it is really messing me up, driving to think that i will never have a family or sex with a girl plz answer.

You mention that you have been to the doctor- have they had any information for you or do they just tell you that they have no clue what it is?  What kind of doctors have you been to?  It sounds like you might need to try a different type of doctor if they are not even sure where to start.
