skin peeled off nose with tweezer

i accidentally peeled off a layer of skin on my nose using a tweezer and now it has gotten a bit bigger. it has a red patch and don't know how to make it heal quicker. could you recommend any products or should i just leave it alone.
it had formed a scab once before but came off as i washed my face with a cloth, the healing process didn't really look too good so i squeeze it to make it bleed hopefully for it to heal better. i really want it to go away because i haven't been to happy about it, i maybe getting a job offer soon but im thinking of turning it down since i do not want to be facing the customers with a red patch on my nose.

hi,

thank you for replying. the products i used are savlon antiseptic cream,  savlon healing gel and aloe vera gel, could you tell me if any of these products work. I used the healing gel overnight and the area on my nose is small than it was before and its been about 2 months now to show some progress, but i am still afraid when it does heal my nose won't be the same again. if you would like to see a photo, i will be uploading one very soon.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First of all you should avoid squeezing it as it may cause further infection and may worsen. It may even leave a scar.
Avoid messing and keep the area clean. Topical antiseptic treatment and topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment is very useful. Scarring if any can eb treated by using Mederma.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
