small and large red bumps all over for 6 months+

ive had what starts off as small red bumps  that turn into small red circles, some will grow huge some will disappear, they itch once in a while but rarely. im stumped ive searched online for answers ive been to 3 different dermatologists, all just wanitng to give me creams that dont work saying its "ring worm" ive done every cream you can think of and nothing helps
