small bumps on skin

I am 18, and I have recently got very small bumps all over my stomach and sides that are itchy. they are separate and have not formed together. The bumps are slightly raised, and are the size of about half a pencil eraser, maybe a little bit smaller. I have no known allergies. Thank you so much! I'm getting worried!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If the itchy red bumps are on your stomach area only, it can be due to contact dermatitis due to a shared garment, a garment kept unused for long, a new dress, etc. It can also be a fungal infection. Apply any OTC antifungal cream with a combination of two or more antifungals (Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1%, ketoconazole, terfibnafine and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%). See if the marks disappear in 10-14 days. If they do, then keep applying for another week. If they do not disappear or worsen, consult a doctor, preferably a skin specialist. Take any anti-allergic tablet or antihistamine to overcome itching. Hope this helps. Take care!

Just to add to this, if it helps. I am in college right now and have not had very much sleep.
