small dots on lip

I am 35 years old, M .I have some small white dots on my upper lips from more than 5 years ago. Its like a line of dots on the middle of my upper lip. no itching and no pain. I heard this dots are normal and are not STD. my question is : how i can get rid of them? is there any medicine or remedy?

is this condition tells us that theres an internal problem in the human body? cancer perhaps?

Hi

These spots may be enlarged glands as the lips are lined by sweat glands. This does not need further intervention. Applying creams over the area may only further aggravate the condition especially if you have any known allergies. I would suggest you apply vitamin E cream over the area to help smoothen this part of the face. Exfoliation and microdermabrasion may help.
