discharge and wound on urethral opening

I had unprotected sex some weeks ago(stupid i know,i was drunk). days later I had thick discharge which was white,i obviously panicked but I haven't been to the doctor yet since I'm in a foreign country. Later it started burning while I pee, I took some antibiotics which reduced the discharge but it is still there, to add to this, because of the discharge which would get my penis stuck on my boxers, i must have hurt myself because of that because now i have a small wound on the urethral opening. The discharge is still there and it solidifies on the wound so it looks like a white spot. i'm afraid this is preventing it from healing?? I am not sure...I started taking a lot of vitamin C and water recently, but i might have to go to the doctor but i'm lacking the funds, its expensive here. Help? what are your thoughts?
