Pimples inner thighs

Hi,

Since some time ago I have pimples on my inner thighs. They are about 15 on my right one, and some less on the left one. They are pink/red, and the older are darker coloured than the new.

Because the localization and because I had sex with prostitutes almost three years ago I'm concerned about the possibility that could be molluscum contagiosus, but the pimples I have don't look like the "pearls" or "bubbles" like the MC use to be as I've seen in internet. They haven't the same color than the skin and they don't seem to have a hole in the middle; they look like pimples, simply. They itchy a little, in special after walking with trousers, but nothing unsupportable.

For more information I have to say that I'm married and my wife don't have this.

With this description, could be anyway MC? Is it a possibility that I can forget?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your answer.

That is what I supposed. As I mentioned above the only reasons I am concerned is because the localization of this pimples and the risky situation I had. They don't look much different than the acne that mostly of us had as teenagers and not like that "pearls" I have seen in internet.

Thank you one more time.

It's more common than you think. Many of us have these pimple like spots on our thighs. They look like a cross between a pimple and an ingrown hair.
Can't think of the scientific name atm, but they are not contagious.
They can be itchy or painful. There IS medication available, but most find it's hardly worth it.
Ask your doctor about it the next time you see him/her.
