i have the same problem, however this has not affected my sex life by any means. Girls (particularly teenagers) often focus their attention dominantly if not completely on the penis, and because of this, testicular bumps do not pose an issue. Unless the testicles are examined, the issue will most likely go unnoticed and i encourage you to not let it slow you down. I have had it for years while having sex, and never once has it posed an issue.
i have the those exact symptoms, however this has not affected my sex life by any means. Girls (particularly teenagers) often focus their attention dominantly if not completely on the penis, and because of this, testicular "acne" does not pose an issue. Unless the testicles are examined, the issue will most likely go unnoticed and i encourage you to not let it slow you down. I am 17 and have had this problem for a couple years now while having sex, and never once has it posed an issue. Good luck!
I have the same problem as you at first i was scared but it doesn't concern me anymore it is just an estetic problem(but that is my opinion) i had some blood tests and everything was ok.. anyway about sex it shouldn't affect you to much(it isn't a sexual disease so the girl will be just fine) just let some hair there and you'll have no problem.. good luck.. i hope i was helpfull.. I'm 20 btw

Hello,
Well the bumps hat you have noticed are called Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
