The only symptoms I experience are gentle sharp/quick pains when pressure is applied. also there is a small white/skin color bump... very small though. That is all the symptoms I can explain. Everything else down their is functioning normally.
HI,
Do you experience other symptoms? Aside from pearly penile papules or oral herpes, other differentials could be hair follicles and sebaceous glands, fordyce spots, genital warts or skin conditions such as psoriasis. For definite diagnosis, direct clinical examination of the lesion is important. Fordyce spots are small papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion or appear in crops. They are painless and not itchy, and are abnormally dilated blood vessels. On the other hand, genital warts are caused by human papilloma virus and may be single or multiple, skin-colored, pink or brown in color. Laboratory tests may also be done to rule the conditions mentioned above.
I hope this helps. Take care and regards.
