feeling itchiness in foreskin area, what is the way of prevention ?
I am married person more than 5 years. Suddenly (last 2 month) I am suffering in Penis Foreskin itchiness (like yeast infection), after visit general physician he prescribe me Nadoxine-C cream apply after wash with Betadine lotion, now the fungal infection is gone, but some time feeling itchiness in foreskin area, It is come back time to time, even without intercourse.
General physician recommended me to consult with Dermatology. I generally use soap to clean foreskin, is it the cause of spreading infection ?
Even I tried Johnson & Johnson 's Head to Toe Baby wash, but not able to stop itchiness, it is come back, within couple of hour, after wash with baby wash.
last two days I use Lactic Acid based, intimate hygiene wash (vagina wash) for Women.
But now I very much confuse, it may cause any side affect for my foreskin & or penis head or not.
I need suggestion what I do. Is their any daily wash product for Foreskin. I am from India.

I use Cetaphil Cleasing lotion for sensitive skin, which stop itchiness. But in a very small are of penis rounded head section, feeling pain, if I press with finger, no itchiness in this section. may be this section very light skin discharge, look like. Have an appointment with a dermatologist, let see what he say.

One possibility is of balanitis. Balanitis is an inflammation of the glans (the rounded head) of the penis and may be related to yeast infection or poor hygiene. What you need to do is consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings of the penis and a biopsy of small skin sample done if the symptoms persist. KOH examination of the area will clarify whether it is balanitis due to fungal infection or not.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
