Hey i have these little white bumps, but there under my skin and not out of the skin and around the ring of the tip like in pictures iv seen. Some times they become itchy and are really annoying. i noticed they are all over my penis and scrotum, and there seem to be more that 100, any idea what they could be???? ( im 12 and i have never had sex)

Do you have any skin condition in the genitals that resemble pearly penile papules?

Pearly penile papules are usually (as the name implies) tiny and shiny.They are normally expected and usually does not require any form of intervention. Initiating intervention may only make conditions worst as pearly penile papules are really benign lesions ( allow me to use the word lesions).
