ulcer in my penis

Hi, i had a liquid nitrogen treatment on some pimples i had on my shaft, at first it formed a white scar and seemed ok, but then it got opened like a tiny ulcer which healed and ruptured again for about a month or so. However, since last week it has stopped healing and looks pretty nasty. I have checked in the internet similar pictures which report it as penis cancer due to squamous cells tumor. I went to the dermatologist but he only changed the cream i used before, now one with an antibiotic, and he also took a sample (ouch!!! that hurted as hell!!) to check for bacteria. I don't have my inguinal lymph nodes inflamed yet as the doctor also checked that.
Here I also posted 2 pics so you can give me your opinion:

Hi doctor, thanks for your answer. As i told you i already went to the dermatologist and he changed my cream and took a sample, next appointment is in 1 week. The ulcer itself looks a little better and doesn't hurt. However, the borders of the ulcer are raised and feel painful (maybe an abscess?).

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms I would like to rule out the possibility of syphilis. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by Treponema pallidum. The symptoms start with a sore on the penis which turns into an ulcer, which is called a chancre. The chancre heals spontaneously after 4 to 6 weeks.

So my advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get this possibility along with others like herpes simplex sores, granuloma inguinale, lymphgranuloma venereum(less chances) and some malifnancy ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
