I am a 21 yr old male.....the problem is my pennis head is not coming out of skin..... If i try to bring it out it hurts me a lot.. its very painful..... but when i was 16.... the pennis head came out very easily and smoothly... is there any problem because of that... can anyone help me out?????????????
