Hello,
The treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is topical and oral antifungals and immunomodulators. Topical treatment can be used after consulting a pharmacist but for oral treatment you need to consult a dermatologist as these medicines are not available without prescription.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
What you seem to be having is called seborrheic dermatitis. It is usually caused by overgrowth of Malassezia furfur. This skin disease commonly affects adolescents and young adults, especially in warm and humid climates and is aggravated by sweating and humidity.
Topical antifungals and mild steroids are the usual treatment and combination of the two can be used to treat stubborn patches. Oral antifungal drugs and immunomodulators such as tacrolimus and pimecrolimus are used in very severe cases.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Buy some selson-blue or dander shampoo and try washing your body with it.
I'm not shure it will work..but..dosent mean you can't try.
dead skin can grow into fungus..when it is damped in sweat all the time.
selson blue is expensive..but it does kill fungus in the scalp...and cools
the skin.
hey its better then nothing.
