white spots on penis and scrotum
hi,
i am 17 yrs old and having white spots on the scrotum and my penis...hey small white in colour and have been from last weak..i am a virgin..i dont know what to do and embarrassed to see a doctor or tell my parents...pls help and request for an urgent reply..

They can be irritated hair follicles or folliculitis. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. hey no no they can not be wiped off....and they r small white in colour...it does not hurt that much but these days it is hurting while masterbating ...dont know what to do.....

Other possibilities can be vitiligo or lichen sclerosus or candida infection (if it can be wiped off).
