what kind of food should i eat when having allergy reaction?

i am a bit of disoriented here. i had for lunch chinese food (fried sweeten tender chiken+vegestable mixed with eggs+white rice) after a short while my forearms started to break outs small itchy bumps, then spread out all over my body , eyes, legs, butt etc..which Freaked me out!, ran off to ask for the pharmacy and got benadryl, therefore really got better. the second day, had for lunch (tomatoe sauce with slice chopped cow meat) then started all over the itchy bumps, but this time even worst.i thought for a second it was "hive" now i don't have any idea what type of right food i can eat tho. is it nessessary to go for an injection?? if possible i would like a someone to list me a variety of non and edible food when having a food allergic reaction to?
