white and black patches on penis head

Hi,

im 22 years old...and i have black patches on my penis head :'( its really make me down and feel sick everytime i see my own penis :'(...i dont know how this patches exits..but i realize after i woke up from sleep its already there..the patches does not itchy..does not hurt

btw for information i have very sensitive skin when my skin get itchy i scratch my leg and other parts body (never scratch on penis head before ) it always got wound..even i scratch very slow..my whole body got black patches scar :'( do you think i have a skin cancer :'(...but my body is healthy...i got some mental problems because of this and it really make my confindence down even i wear a clothes :'(

so can any help me figure out what is happen on my penis head ?

Same problem here.. .. cant do anything about it. After college this has been hounding me coz I know there will be a time that a doctor would look at it for medical exams, and i dont know :(
this brought me into terrible mental illness and always thinking of dying or rebellious acts :(

nope not diagnosed yet...im too busy working in real life...and it is hard to get expert in my place..please any expert in here HELP me.....im very sad why this affecting me :'( sometimes i felt like i want to suicide...by the way why you asking ? do you have same problems like me ?

Have you got that diagnosed finally? what did the doctor say?

Do get a prescription after confirming diagnosis. If it is post fungal he may give you antifungal cremes.ok?

Colour depends on vascularity. Penile tissue with abundant blood vessels possibly show these areas darker by contrast.

is it true penile lentigo's ?

because when my penis penis stretch does not look so obvious..i mean the mark colour become more deep when in normal and the colour become dim when my penis stretch

More like penile lentigo's. Should not be of concern. Do consult your doc.
