white spots
I am 23 year old. About 2 years ago I noticed a spot on the right side of my penis. The spot slowly became bigger and about a year ago another one appears on the head of penis. They does not cause me any discomfort (not itchy, no discharge). Now they are look like in the pictures. (I never had sex). what might be? Thank you.

These symptoms can be due to eczema, yeast infection or balanitis penis. For this you should consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis. If the white spots are not easily scraped off then vitiligo should also be ruled out.
