It might be that you suffer from low sugar levels. I'm t1 but usually when diagnosed patients sugar levels are through the roof rather than suffering from low sugar levels. Both my father and husband feel their sugar levels go too low, make sure you carry around some lucozade or similar for times when you feel low.

Thank you so much for your advice , I will be taking on board everything you have said , I do eat healthy but do not always have healthy snacks if needed, I will most definitely carry them around incase I di have another attack like I did , I will let you know what the doctor and test say . Thank you

You may be "pre diabetic" or glucose intolerant.

In the UK a level of 6.9 is classed as diabetes.

You certainly do have symptoms of hypoglycaemia.  This is when the sugar level drops too low - hence you feeling better when having something to eat.

Ensure that if you are not able to have a meal, have a healthy snack.  Always take something with you so that you can have to eat if you know you will be late for your usual meal.

A glucose test or a blood test to check your HbA1C levels would show at which stage you are.

For pre diabetes, you would control your sugar levels by diet and by exercise.

Eat a healthy and well balanced with fresh fruit and vegetables. Don't have large meals, smaller ones are better and then have a healthy snack in between your meals.  This will help for your blood sugars not to drop so low as to give you symptoms.

Cut out or cut down on sugary, processed and junk foods.  Fizzy and fresh fruit drinks.  With the fresh fruit drinks half a glass is fine.

Complex cabs and foods with fibre will release energy slowly and these are the types of food that are better.  E.g. eat seeded wholemeal bread instead of white.

The blood sugar level tested on your friends machine only gives you a glucose reading of what your glucose level is at the time of taking the reading.  A glucose test and a HbA1C test would show a much clearer picture.
