I have actually tried them and since I do have insurance they cannot help me. I have been able to get coupons for needles and thank goodness I only pay $15.00 for test strips. I have sent out some emails so I will see what I can find out. Thank you to everyone who has helped me. I really appreciate it.
Jloves gave you good info. I am hopeful the diabetes programs will have the info that will help you.
I am type one and have had diffeculties paying for my medication as well. Lantus has a form on their website you can fill out to see if you qualify for financial aid. I have yet to check humalog, but I imagine they offer the same thing. I am on Lantus and Humalog as well and the price of these insulins has almost doubled in the past couple years.
