need to interpret the result of my urinalysis. if i have a Diabetes or UTI. thanks

Transparency: Slightly Hazy (what is the meaning)
pH: 5
Specific Gravity: 1.015

CHEMICAL
Protein: Negative
Sugar: Negative

MICROSCOPIC
Leukocytes: 0-3 / hpf
Erythrocytes: 2-5 / hpf
Epithelial: Squamous : occassional ( what is the meaning)
Crystals: Amorphous Urates: few (what is the meaning)

This urinalysis has nothing to do with diabetes. Diabetes is tested by blood test. As for whether you have a UTI, I would recommend asking the doctor who had the test ordered. He should have scheduled you for a follow up or at least a phonecall to explain the results and prescribe treatment.
