Needing Help

My son is a type 1 diabetic and we switched from Medtronic to the Omni Pod because of the tubes getting caught on things at work; the issue we are having now is the insurance company messed us up about a year ago and now we owe over $3000.00; we just received a letter that they have blocked anymore shipments until we can get the bill under $2000.00. Does anyone know where we can get help with pods or where we can get help with that bill? I worry that he will run out until we can find the help we need to start the shipments again.  Thanks

Hi, I just exchanged several emails (about a 2 week time frame) from a person who called herself "Em". She said her husband was Kenneth Allen. So I am sure this is the same person. She also said she didn't have Paypal and wanted me to send $300 for 7 boxes of the older pods. I checked with Paypal and told her she could accept money from me even If she didn't have a Paypal account. It would just have to be transferred to her checking account. But she avoided that and kept insisting that she really needed the money to buy the smaller pods first for her son, and then it was for her. She is slick and I almost fell for it. I am so glad I didn't go through with it or I would be out of $300. Thank you for posting this.

Be careful with that emily person.  She will have you send her money only by money order and will not send product. Trust me I just did this on third of july and never received any thing.  She uses  several emails and names.
