A page will appear where you can give some contact information and ask your question. They can put you in touch with the staff member who handles all questions of this sort and who has lots of information that may be helpful about where to go for help.

Most states do have some programs. People with diabetes fall under the American with disabilities act. Contact your department of social services they will be able to help you, or your department of health and human services.
