That is something you should ask your doctor or pharmacist. I know your blood sugar can fluctuate when you are sick.

It would help to know the name of the antibiotic and your diabetes medication/s? Most do not but there is always a small risk factor when  mixing medications. If you are sick your blood sugars will rise, sometimes very high.
