Hi

exercise can help bring blood sugars down,  so yes,  exercise may help compensate for eating high carb foods  that elevate blood sugars.

of course there are, also many delicious lower carb foods that may have less impact on blood sugar.

if blood sugars are consistently high then a change in oral medication or even use of insulin  may be warranted,  and this should be discussed with your Dr.
