Hi,

multiply it by 18 to convert it.

So the 11 = approx. 198
18 = approx 324

Could you elaborate on how the 11-18 compares to the U.S. numbers?

Hi,

If your numbers are 18 that is extremely high.

I think you should go to the hospital.  You likely need to be on insulin.  Please don't delay.

You need a doctor to treat this aggressively.  You should probably be on medicine.  Likely insulin if your numbers won't come down.

You need to reduce all sugars, you also need to eat low carb diet (and your carbs should mostly come from non-starchy vegetables).  You can eat unprocessed fats (like butter, cream, fat from meats), avocado, nuts, but must avoid all process fats like those found in fried and fast foods, cookies and cakes.  You must avoid breads and pasta, and white rice in all but the smallest of portions, and no sugars, soft drinks, fruit juices.

Please go to the hospital.  Let us know how you go.

hi, you need to walk everyday that will help, dont eat anything that is white, chips.graveys.pototes etc stuff that is white, read everything you eat to see how many cards are in it , they turn to sugar, dont use diet sugars/drinks that diet sugar makes your sugar go up.   try and eat lots wheat. no white bread etc. hope that helps
