There are no "retarded" questions; and I think skydivediva answered yours, but if you still have issues, let us know........

Click on the Weight Tracker icon at the top of the page or on the right hand edge of your page. It'll bring up a graph on which your weight will be plotted. Click on the column with today's date on it and it'll bring up a window where you can enter weight, BMI, measurements, dress size, and other info. You can add as much or as little as you want. Click on done & the page will refresh & show your beginning weight and your newly posted weight. If you simply want to enter your weight, scroll down on your home page & there will be "quick tabs" for entering weight, exercise, water intake or whatever trackers you've selected. On that page all you have to do is type your new weight. It does sometimes take a while before the data you've entered is reflected on the scale icon, graphs or other locations...sometimes I don't notice it til the next time I sign in. I hope these instructions make sense & help you. And as the saying goes...no quesstion is a dumb question! Good luck with your weight loss goals.
